Well, l don't think so. l love doing burpees and I do HIIT every day,l haven't find any problems yet.For me,it is durable enough, and it is way more better than other workout mat.

Probably......ours doesn't appear to move at all during exercise. Don't do high impact level though.

Our cardio mats are made og high dense micro-foam, so they are more suitable for cardio workouts and will stand up to intense workouts. They are available in 6'x4', 6'x5', 6'x6' and 8'x6' sizes.
